nexus: a means of connection; binding together
Nexus is the Young Adult ministry at Stoney Creek.
We are a group of 18-24 year-old-ish people who are striving to grow in our connection with God, others, and our world... and we'd love to have you join us!
Every other Friday, we have young adult Worship & Prayer nights at David & Leanne Vandenbrink's (1281 Hillcrest Ave., London). Dinner is provided for those who would like to join us at 6:00pm. If you cannot make it for dinner, please feel free to drop in a little later. We aim to start around 7:30pm. If you are coming for dinner, it would be helpful if you brought a little something to share -- veggies & dip/a side/salad, etc. The evenings include a time of communal dinner, worship/prayer, games/movie/activity.
We're meeting all the time, whether it's to hang out, see a movie, go up North to a weekend retreat, or to serve our community through various projects. See the calendar below. The best way to stay connected and be reminded about these things is to join our Facebook group below.
