WHAT IS THE REPLANTED CONFERENCE?
The Replanted Conference is a Christian conference designed for foster and adoptive parents, Safe Family parents, kinship providers, support systems, and professionals – basically anyone supporting or caring for children through adoption and foster care.
The Replanted Conference is available both in-person in Chicago and simulcasted to many other locations (including Stoney Creek) and is designed to refresh, equip, and inspire attendees. We offer highly specialized training, amplify the voices of adult adoptees and foster alumni, and seek to support parents like you on your post-placement journey.
